Laserlab-EuropeLaserlab-Europe AISBL is an international not-for-profit association that unites 47 leading laser research infrastructures across 22 European countries. These members collaborate to coordinate operations and R&D efforts, facilitating the development of advanced lasers and laser-based technologies. Additionally, Laserlab-Europe promotes the efficient utilization of its advanced laser facilities by users from both academia and industry. Most members provide open access to their facilities, allowing scientists worldwide to conduct experiments in a wide variety of interdisciplinary research areas, encompassing advanced laser science and its applications across numerous domains of research and technology. Since 2004, VULRC has been a member of the Integrated Initiative of European Laser Research Infrastructures. Building on this longstanding commitment, on October 29, 2018, VU LRC became a full member of Laserlab-Europe AISBL. This membership underscores VU LRC's dedication to advancing collaborative laser research and contributing to the collective mission of developing cutting-edge laser technologies within the European research community.
