Research at the Institute of Chemical Physics takes place through state funded projects, competitive R&D funding projects and PhD studies. Current state funded projects include:
1. SPECTROMETRY OF FUNCTIONAL HYBRID AND STRUCTURED MATERIALS, COATING PHOTONICS AND SELECTIVE SENSORS (2020-2024).
Objective: To obtain detailed information on the structural parameters of molecular compounds for practical applications in photonics and sensor technology using a variety of spectral methods
2. DEVELOPMENT OF THE CALCULATION METHODS OF THE ELECTRONIC SPECTRA OF MOLECULAR AND CRYSTALLINE MATERIALS (2019-2023).
Objective: Development of methods of quantum and classical mechanics, quantum and classical electrodynamics, statistical physics for modeling of structure and processes in atoms, molecules, nanoparticles and their complexes. Development of theoretical basis for interaction of materials with electromagnetic field from GHz to UV and nonlinear spectroscopy.
3. NEW FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS AND STRUCTURES (2018-2021).
Objective: The new organic, inorganic and hybrid material layers and compounds formation technologies, also investigation of their electrical, photoelectric and charge transfer properties.
