About Us

Objectives

As indicated by CERN experts and International advisors:

1. Build up the major particle physics efforts in Lithuania.
2. Voice of Lithuanian science in engaging with CERN.
3. Coordinate the many technical and scientific contributions from Lithuania (with CERN).

• Theoretical and Experimental Particle (High Energy) Physcis.
• Data Science.
• Material Science, esp. radiation-hard materials.
• Computer Science.
• Other sciences (Chemistry, life and medical).
• Innovations, new technologies, and entrepreneurship.
• New type of classes.
• Public relations and outreach.

At this moment collaborating Lithuanian groups include other VU faculties (Physics, Mathematics and informatics, Chemistry and Geosciences, Life Sciences Center, Business School) Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
